NEW Yoga program for ASD kids and families! Happy HeARTs Yoga®. Fun Yoga for kids and families, specializing in Autism Spectrum children. Through story, movement and art, we provide an integrated movement system helping all body and mind functions, improving health, learning, confidence and building friendships. September 26, Saturday - Autism Walk - Citizen's Bank Park, Philadelphia 9-12. Join the walk to support Autism and visit our booths for HeARTs for Autism® and Happy HeARTs Yoga®. Fun activities for all!

November 2009

November 21, Saturday - Family Program - 10:00-11:30am. Location; Norcom Community Center, 10980 Norocm Rd, Phila 19154. Creative Movement and Art for Spectrum kids and siblings. Parent/Caregiver support time - network, relax, nurture self. Harvest and Thanksgiving theme. 5th Year of doing our program!!! Come join us!
